  Job Summary
  The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, inventory control, and timely distribution of electronic components and finished goods. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and compliance with safety and quality standards to support production and customer delivery requirements.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  - Maintain accurate inventory records for electronic components and finished products.
  - Implement cycle counts and stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
  - Supervise receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
  - Ensure proper handling of sensitive electronic parts to prevent damage.
  - Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
  - Manage and train warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  - Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  - Enforce adherence to company policies, EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) standards, and industry regulations.
  - Maintain clean and organized warehouse conditions.
  - Implement lean practices and automation tools to improve workflow.
  - Collaborate with procurement and production teams to streamline material flow.
  - Prepare and analyze KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and lead times.
  - Report operational issues and propose corrective actions.
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
  - 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
  - Strong knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/WMS) and Microsoft Office.
  - Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling procedures.
  - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  - Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
