Job deEscrituraion:
This role is responsible for processing product orders, handling shipping and receiving tasks, parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and general warehouse maintenance. It involves operating forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Light machinery will be occasionally operated to produce finished products.
Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
- Manage all shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in shipments and deliveries.
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory
- Ensure parts and materials are available for upcoming deliveries
- Schedule and coordinate large shipments and planning logistics for storage
- Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving reports
- Address and resolve issues related to shipping or inventory handling
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, lift, and organize materials
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficiency of the warehouse operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace environment
- Correctly and safely operate the equipment and monitors the production
- Ensures the settings of the machine are correct based on the type of product
- Check and maintain product quality according to specifications provided
- Troubleshoots equipment and processing issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Being fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred
- Good attendance record
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- 1+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job details:
Full time, hours of operation are typically 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday. Candidates must be flexible with their schedule. This includes overtime, which may include occasional weekends based on business needs.
