Solicita: PRODUCTION MANAGER

• Descripción y Requisitos

  BASIC DUTIES: 

  1. Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the production management system, ensuring its integrity and effective control of the production process. 

  2. Effectively implement production KPIs in accordance with the management of the manufacturing department. 

  3. Promote the active participation of department personnel in production and continuous improvement. 

  4. Support internal managers in exercising leadership within their responsibilities. 

  5. Ensure the implementation of solutions to prevent or mitigate adverse impacts. 

  6. Proactively initiate suggestions or provide solutions to production issues. 

  7. Manage the further disposition of non-conforming products until corrective actions are effectively implemented. 

  8. Effectively utilize production human resources to improve efficiency. 

  9. Assign personnel to specific tasks. 

  10. Undertake and execute special tasks assigned by supervisors. 

  11. Plan and execute projects based on CSR content.
