  Department:	Administration – EHS

  Brief DeEscrituraion:	Divisional EHS Coordinator is responsible for planning, preparing, and organizing implementation of all EHS administrative and performance requirements
  Job Duties and Responsibilities:	Develop and manage EHS programs, procedures, and annual plans. Manage, develop, and provide effective EHS training that will efficiently cover all needed/required materials Assist with training for new hires and provide ongoing training for all employees Overall management of the EHS incident reporting and investigation systems Maintain effective document control systems for the EHS Department Assist in investigation of accidents to determine the root cause and provide recommendations that eliminate or reduce future hazard or risk Communicate with Corporate EHS areas to ensure corporate policies and initiatives are implemented and report required information Serve as liaison with outside organizations including consultants, vendors, and government agencies for all EHS matters Responsible for updating, maintaining, and auditing safety standards and procedures Work with all employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure that all safety policies, procedures, and regulations are fully adhered to Drive EHS continuous improvement initiatives
  Required	B.S. or equivalent in a EHS related field Highly effective communication skills Two or more years of experience in a EHS function, preferably in manufacturing Relevant certifications preferred-First Aid, CPR, EMT, Certified Safety Professional Travel requirements – intercompany and continuing education, benchmarking
