Responsible for analyzing financial statements, including P&L. Lead major project initiatives at the plant. It focuses on the most complex improvement of the site's operation, organizational culture that fosters continuous improvement. Successfully implement annual and long-term financial and business plans (Safety, financial, service, organization, inventory).Maintain unity to achieve results and effectiveness in: quality, service, safety, employee relations climate, inventory and organizational development. Ensure good operational practices; anticipate and manage through adversity, effectively incorporate improvement programs into the culture of the operations function. Implement all health and safety procedures and make safety a priority. Conduct the operation of a secure facility and comply with safety, legal, and business requirements.Maintain continuous cost reduction and improve operational efficiency. Ensure accuracy and finalization of capital planning and budgeting.Understand and ensure the application of ISO 9001 procedures that relate to the role and responsibilities of the Plant Manager position. Achieve maximum levels of productivity, ensuring that the business benefits from the lowest possible cost and the best added value. Responsible for delivering short and long-term results in order to develop and maintain the organization's credibility with the business and create opportunities for the function, adding greater value to the business. Translating market trends and customer needs into actionable goals that create competitive advantage.Develop objectives, goals, strategies and measures (OGSM) for the assigned area and confirm the link to business strategies. Conduct benchmarking of operations-related issues in support of divisional objectives Ensure that the Mission, Vision and Values are fulfilled and enforced Maintain operational knowledge of applicable systems and strong financial and business capability.Specialist in the analysis and elaboration of information for long-term strategic change and improvement for the site. Teamwork and relationship building at all levels Responsible for management reviews of systems applicable to the organization YOU HAVE: Academic background in bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field required, (master's it's a plus)English language proficiency. 15+ years in successful multi-function operations, 5+ years in Plant Manager role.Lean & EHS MindsetExecution of savings projects.Discipline in established systems.Experience in Quality Systems.Presence on the Operations floor.Transfer of processes and products.Office package management at expert levelStrong organizational and strategic skillsExecution SkillsModern manufacturing know-howFlow strategies and material improvementLeadership
