  Job Purpose

  To lead a technical team through the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, integration, and implementation of software solutions. This role focuses on addressing challenges such as reducing lead times, improving information tracking, and streamlining data collection for management decision-making, while ensuring effective resource allocation and collaboration across both local and cloud platforms.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to the team during all phases of the product development lifecycle.
  • Manage and allocate team resources effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet business needs and deadlines.
  • Ensure software solutions meet business requirements, are free of defects, and comply with quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental performance and achieve KPI goals.
  • Facilitate resolution of technical challenges by analyzing root causes and proposing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of software solutions with related departments and functions.
  • Create and review documentation, conduct unit testing, and maintain quality throughout development.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • 4+ years in software development, including analysis, solution design using prototypes, and translating business rules into user-focused solutions.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with programming languages, including C#, .NET, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with 4+ years of experience in leading cohesive, collaborative teams under time pressure.
  • Knowledge of mobile development environments (Android, iOS) and quality-focused practices like unit testing and documentation (1+ year desirable).
  • Proficiency in system analysis, database query development, Visual Studio, and .ASP.NET.
  • Strong grasp of programming paradigms and advanced programming techniques.
  • Proven ability to identify complex technical issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Skilled in resource management, task prioritization, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Effective communication and schedule management.
  • Ability to work under pressure while continuously learning and improving.
  • Understanding of interdepartmental processes to ensure cohesive collaboration.
  • Comprehensive experience working with cloud platforms and integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
