As Plant Manager, you will lead with a strong technical foundation and strategic clarity:
?? Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Reliability
• Drive world-class preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Lead engineering, automation, and process optimization initiatives to enhance throughput and precision.
• Oversee capital projects, layout improvements, and technology upgrades for next-generation electronics manufacturing.
?? Operational Excellence in Electronics Production
• Inspire high-performance teams to exceed expectations in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Profitability.
• Boost efficiency, optimize manufacturing cost structures, and elevate overall EBITDA performance.
• Ensure flawless NPI launches, strict process control, and outstanding customer responsiveness.

• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and digital manufacturing initiatives to strengthen process capability.
• Embed sustainability and safety excellence into every operational layer.
• Champion a culture of technical discipline, accountability, and innovation.
?? What You Bring
• Bachelor’s in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
• 15+ years in manufacturing leadership, with 5+ years as Plant Manager (required).
• Proven success managing P&L, large-scale operations, and complex electronic component production.
• Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish, with exceptional communication and leadership ability.
• Electronics manufacturing or OEM/Tier-1 experience is strongly preferred.
