EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.
Specialization or diploma in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience within the electronics or assembly industry.
Proven experience in SMT processes (printer, pick & place, reflow, AOI, SPI).
Participation in continuous improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and new product launches (NPI).
Knowledge of line balancing, time and motion studies, ergonomics, and process documentation.
Experience in equipment validation, process development, and supporting quality audits (internal or customer).
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience with SMT equipment (Juki, Rehm, Heller, or equivalent).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical and mechanical diagrams.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and continuous improvement tools (DMAIC, 8D, PFMEA, SPC).
Proficiency in using CAD software and analytical tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI is a plus).
Knowledge of fixture, jig, and assembly tool design.
Understanding of process control principles, autonomous maintenance, and lean manufacturing.
