  Industrial Engineering degree preferably with a Master’s degree.

  - At least 10 years of experience in the electronic industry preferably.

  - Bilingual English - Spanish

  - High level of commitment to achieving the objectives in a timely manner.

  - Excellent ability for the administration of machinery / equipment, Human Resources, Processes and Raw Materials

  - Knowledge the ISO-9001, systems, ISO-14000

  - Ability to work in environments Operational Excellence focused to reduce variability and maintain consistency in the systems.

  - Self motivated
