• Descripción y Requisitos

  As Finance Planning & Analysis you will be responsible to: Execute the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions within the organization to support strategic decision-making at the plant level, managing and optimizing all FP&A-related processes (monthly close, forecasts, budget, and strategic plans), and developing analytical and accounting tools and capabilities that add value to the team.
  
  

  EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications preferred). 8+ years of experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry. English full.

  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Experience managing teams and projects. Advanced proficiency in SAP and financial reporting systems (OneStream, HFM). Advanced Excel and presentation skills. Outstanding financial analysis; effective oral and written communication. Proven leadership in team management/inventory coordination. Fluency in English and Spanish.
