  We are looking for a Bilingual Executive Secretary to provide direct support to the Plant Manager, ensuring efficient management of the agenda, daily activities, internal and external communication, and the coordination of administrative projects. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  1. Bachelor’s degree completed (Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field).
  2. 2 years or more of experience providing executive-level or managerial administrative support.
  3. Advanced English (required).
  4. Excellent proficiency in MS Office, including: Excel (tables, basic analysis, formulas, reporting), PowerPoint (executive presentations), Word and Outlook. 
  5. Ability to work with numbers, generate reports, and perform basic analysis. 
  6. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  7. Professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
  8. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
