  Building Maintenance Technician
  Wiwynn Plant 3 (Parque industrial intermex sur) 
  
  We are looking for a Building Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the proper operation of all facility systems through the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of solving technical problems efficiently.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building equipment and installations.
  
  Monitor the operation of electrical, electromechanical, HVAC, hydraulic, and sanitary systems.
  
  Follow up on failures and incidents, documenting findings and solutions.
  
  Support the management of external vendors and contractors when needed.
  
  Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  
  Keep maintenance records of equipment and installations up to date.
  
  Participate in improvement and infrastructure optimization projects.
  
  Requirements:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field (degree or proof of studies required).
  
  Minimum 1 year of experience in facility or building maintenance.
  
  Advanced English.
  
  Knowledge in:
  
  Industrial and residential electricity
  
  Air conditioning and ventilation systems
  
  Pumps, panels, lighting, emergency generators
  
  Reading electrical plans and diagrams
  
  Basic handling of tools and measuring equipment
  
  Availability to work shifts or flexible hours (if applicable)
