Solicita: Maintenance general supervisor

• Descripción y Requisitos

  ?Lead and supervise all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

  Principal Activities and Main Responsibilities

  Maintenance Management

  • Supervise all maintenance functions (corrective, preventive, and predictive).
  • Improve performance of corrective and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance techniques for critical equipment (oil analysis, vibration, thermographic analysis).
  • Implement and maintain RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) methodology.
  • Ensure compliance with CMMS and implement improvements.

  Safety and Compliance

  • Ensure safety procedures comply with NOM STPS standards (EEP, LOTO, work at height, confined spaces, electrical work).
  • Maintain and improve safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with QMS (Quality Management System).
  • Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and business continuity plans.
  • Apply risk management standards and practices.

  Performance and Continuous Improvement

  • Develop KPIs to improve equipment reliability (Uptime, MTTR, MTBF, OEE).
  • Use problem-solving techniques to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for machine-related issues.
  • Develop sustainability and energy reduction strategies (electricity, natural gas, water).

  Project and Resource Management

  • Supervise and coordinate installation of new equipment (New Equipment Introduction).
  • Manage technical training programs for team development.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and resources.
  • Coordinate contractors and external professionals.
  • Participate and lead governance meetings to escalate issues appropriately.

  Leadership and People Management

  • Show leadership and commitment to define, maintain, and improve maintenance plans and plant operations.
  • Strong focus on teamwork, customer service, and effective delegation.
  • Manage challenging situations and lead in a flexible environment.
  • Effective talent management and team development.

  Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Languages: 85% English (oral and written).
  • Technical: CMMS, Lean Manufacturing, metal mechanics processes, paint processes, equipment automation.
  • Tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), effective presentation skills.
  • Methodologies: Change management, risk management, emergency preparedness.
  • Experience: Project management, budget administration, sustainability planning.
