• Descripción y Requisitos

  Overall Purpose of the Role

  1. Well manage demand planning/supply commitment/rolling FCST/order fulfillment/on time delivery.

  2. Ensure Pilot and MP material readiness for NPI mass production launch successfully.

  3. Control Hub/Inventory/Aging/Excess issues and reports.

  4. Propose strategic material planning

  Major Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationship, identifying needs and implementing sales strategy with customers.
  • Solving a variety of business problems.
  • Supply Chain management, such as forecast/material planning, Inventory management and delivery plan.
  • Material strategic planning.
  • Order Management.
  • OBS Claim operation.
  • Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports for material/ production/ shipping management.
  • Regular meeting with customers for operation discussion.

  Education and Experiences

  • A bachelor's degree or above, major in business management, information management or a closely related field of engineering is required.
  • 0~2 years of experience in ODM/OEM/EMS

  Skills and Attributes

  1. Fluent English communication is a must (TOEIC 750+).

  2. Good interpersonal skills in communication, presentation, problem solving, and applying experience and expertise in an innovative manner.

  3. Able to handle stressful situations and work with wholehearted dedication to achieve the desired results in time.
