  • Experience in training facilitation and group management.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with LMS platforms.

  • Development of SOPs, instructional materials, and training content.

  • Proficiency with AI-assisted learning tools.

  • Ability to analyze learning data and metrics to enhance training programs.

  • Knowledge of STPS regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring training programs meet legal and regulatory standards.

  • Proficient in design and editing tools: Canva, iSpring, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Focused on continuous improvement and process optimization.

  • Skilled in AI-driven tools for training development and management.

  • Bilingual (Spanish–English) with the ability to deliver and create training materials in both languages.
