  Responsibilities

  • Lead hardware development projects from concept to production, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring quality control and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define component specifications and manage costs effectively.
  • Ensure that hardware designs are compatible with firmware and software requirements.
  • Drive project execution by managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with hardware development and manufacturing processes.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the hardware development team.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in hardware development.
  • Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

  Qualifications

  YOU MUST

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in hardware development, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
  • 5+ years of management experience of development teams (over 10 HCs)
  • Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages. 
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Familiarity with component specifications, cost management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of firmware and software integration in hardware products.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • knowledge of automation tools and quality assurance methodologies. 
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools. 
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence /Machine Learning  concepts and applications. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges. 
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. 
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
