    Job Summary:

    The Quality Coordinator plays a customer-facing and compliance-driven role. The primary responsibility is to work directly with the customer to protect product integrity, ensure customer satisfaction, and strictly execute and comply with all corporate quality guidelines and requirements. The position also supports key quality assurance activities, maintains ISO 9001 requirements, and manages customer complaints through structured problem-solving.
    This role is also responsible for supervising Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians, ensuring they meet daily/weekly targets, follow established processes, and comply with rules, procedures, and corporate quality standards.
    The position collaborates closely with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to maintain consistent quality standards across a high-volume, high-mix service environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead customer complaint management, including root cause analysis and 8D problem-solving until full closure.

    • Supervise and guide Quality Engineers and Quality Technicians, ensuring compliance with goals, KPIs, procedures, and corporate requirements.

    • Support and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and required documentation.

    • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor quality KPIs.

    • Assist in internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up.

    • Conduct inspections, verifications, and quality checks across the service operation.

    • Support continuous improvement initiatives with operations, engineering, and the customer.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (preferred).

    • 2–4 years of experience in quality roles within service, repair, electronics, or high-mix environments.

    • Experience supervising personnel and working directly with customers.

    • Knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA processes, and standard quality tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.).

    • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

    • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Presentations, and ERP systems.

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish).

    • Valid U.S. visa required.

    Competencies:

    • Strong follow-up and attention to detail.

    • Solid problem-solving mindset with ability to drive 8D closures.

    • Effective communication with operators, engineers, technicians, and customers.

    • Strong organizational skills, documentation control, and ownership of responsibilities.

    Work Environment:

    This role operates in a high-volume, high-mix service and repair environment, requiring constant coordination with operations, engineering, warehouse, and customer teams to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and consistent execution of quality processes.
