• Descripción y Requisitos

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade / Foreign Commerce (mandatory).
  • +3 years of experience in the maquiladora industry.
  • Conversational English – minimum 80% (mandatory).
  • Self-directed, with leadership skills and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

  Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of RT, V1, AF, F4, A1.
  • Experience in invoicing / billing.
  • Knowledge of Carta Porte.
  • Strong command of Excel and Word.
  • Experience with import and export customs entries (pedimentos).
  • Shipment coordination.
  • Knowledge of U.S. customs logistics operations.
  • Experience with ADUANA SOFT (including Annex 24).
  • Knowledge of Annex 22 and 30.
  • Skills in logistics resource optimization, coordination, and scheduling.
  • Experience in VAT certification.
