• Descripción y Requisitos

  • Coordinate and monitor the traffic of the crossings of imports, exports, and transfers.
  • Keep the traffic report updated, always informing the internal and external client.
  • Carry out checkpoints to transport units according to C-TPAT requirements.
  • Optimize times and routes with transport units.
  • Maintain good communication with the company's internal and external departments, suppliers, vendors, meet the needs of the Logistics, Traffic, Customs, Shipping & Inventory area, to provide the service according to the company's needs.
  • Serve as a link between the different points of the supply chain.
  • Carry out the previous documentary analysis for the delivery of crossing documents to the drivers.
  • Make bills of lading by UPS and FedEx for shipment of merchandise.
  • Make Shipper's Letter of Instruction.
  • Provide to the Customs department all information related with the import, export & transfer.

  Be monitoring customs inspections within MX Customs and inspections within US Customs and give notice all times of the status of each cargo.

  • Carry out the necessary reports of the operation according to the instructions of the direct supervisor.
  • Ensure that the driver is informed of the JUSDA standard.
  • Keep updated the electronic records of the carriers and their drivers.
  • Keep updated the electronic records of the crossings of imports, exports, and transfers.
  • Maintain the control of the empties within the company, storage, and custody of seals.
  • Communication with the operations team to detect anomalies with receipts and shipments.
  • Constant communication with JUSDA's security team.
  • Follow-up of the operations team's incidents with respect to transportation and delivery logistics.

  Daily report of containers and carriers accessing JUSDA's facilities.

  • Follow-up to C-TPAT and OEA standards

  Know the logistics processes that senior management established.
