About the Role
Responsible for support the results of EHSS indicators. Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees.
What You Will Do
Analyze the risks and behaviors of people, looking for the ´´mindset´´ of good safety practice. Identify high-risk operations, seeking the implementation and process changes to ensure a safe working environment.
Safety and environmental assessment on plastic injection molding equipment (cranes, hoists, mold mounting and handling, mills, dryer, hopper)
Knowledge in safety devices and programs for molding activities and overhead crane and hoist movements
Supervision in construction activities and plant changes
Minimize impacts to the environment through guided towards environmental protection and pollution prevention strategies
Monitor and communicate on performance to improve decision making regarding EH&S and to integrate it into business decisions
Ensure compliance with EH&S legal requirements (SEDUE, PROFEPA, SEMARNAT, STPS, JMAS, Munipal ecology, etc.)
Investigation of accidents and incidents to determine the causes and motives that generates it through problem solving and Yokoten
Support, audits and monitors practice regarding the handling, storage and disposition of materials and residues (hazardous and non-hazardous) with the purpose of comply with environmental laws and regulations
Lead of ISO 14001 Environmental management system & ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system
Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
Provides support in training events related with EH&S programs
Additional duties as assigned
Generate safety standards, implementing the system of safety standards and through detection of near misses, where the same employees know detect unsafe acts and conditions
Authorize and monitor risks jobs performed by employees and stakeholders; compliance with safe work of internal and stakeholders, through the provision of training, revision papers, work permits and audits
Creation and implementation of procedures, manuals and instructions relating to safety and environmental activities
Detection of unsafe acts and conditions (near misses), aiming to mitigate and control similar conditions
Execute a daily, weekly and monthly safely reports
Management of chemicals rooms
Participate in safety brigades and EHSS Committees
What You Need to Be Successful
Professional Degree
2-5 years of related experience
Experience in moding operations
Knowledge of government obligations regarding industrial safety, health and environmental laws and regulations
Knowledge of warehouse safety operations
Internal auditor ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
English 70%
Computer knowledge
Experience in manage of groups
Safety knowledge in plastic injection molding equipment, cranes, hoists, mold mounting and handling, mills, dryer, hopper.
Environmental knowledge in manage of resins
