  Bachelor’s degree in engineering

  Experience 5 years in plastic injection Molding
   Years in NPI (New Product Introduction)

  Responsibilities:

  Design and develop Injection plastic Molds
  Plan and organize mold fabrication process
  Develop design for machines for client approval
  Mold Design standardization
  Responsible to develop, Review, Approve external supplier designs
  Mold improvement, POKA YOKE, Quotes
  Collaborate with other departments to optimize molding Design
  Liberate designs to meet our standards and deliveries
  Work closely with local and international suppliers to develop injection plastic molds
  Supervises Engineering Team
  
  Knowledge:

  Solid Word
  AutoCAD
  CNC
  Tool Room Equipment
  Torks and Milling Machine
  Communication Between Customers and suppliers
  Project management
