  IT Support Engineer

  Provide first-level and second-level support for ERP system issues, including troubleshooting errors, resolving bugs, and escalating issues when necessary.
  Analyze and resolve user issues related to data, workflows, and reporting within the ERP system.

  • Functional Support:
  • Collaborate with end users to understand business processes and how they interact with the ERP system.
  • Configure ERP functionalities to align with business requirements.
  • Support updates, patches, and system upgrades, including testing new features and ensuring compatibility with existing configurations.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, sales, and other stakeholders, to ensure the ERP system meets business needs.
  • Work closely with ERP vendors and external consultants to address advanced technical issues or implement system enhancements.
  • Participate in system evaluations, implementations, and new feature rollouts.

  Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • English Advanced
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience with ERP systems support (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
