JOB SUMMARY
Is in charge of an account of a specific client and is responsible for ensuring that the client receives the required attention in a timely manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES
1. Manage business growth.
2. Improve customer-supplier relationships by maintaining a constant dialogue with customers, detecting needs and opportunities.
3. Convey the client's needs to all areas involved.
4. Fulfillment of the objectives of the area.
5. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the environmental and quality management system.
AUTHORITIES
- Issue quotes.
- Direct contact with the customer.
- Request the client's requirements from the corresponding areas.
- Authorize diversions to the products if necessary.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas. Required
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years minimum of sales or customer service experience. Required.
- Experience in project management. Required.
- Knowledge in packaging. Desirable.
LENGUAGES
- English 85%. Required
