  • General d e s c r i p t i o n: We are seeking a Quality Manager for a non-automotive manufacturing company based in Juarez, Chihuahua, that values teamwork, innovation and operational excellence. This is a 100% hands-on role, requiring close interaction with production, engineering, customers and suppliers.

  • Key responsibilities:
    • Lead and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable standards and customer requirements.
    • Actively participate in day-to-day quality operations.
    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality processes, procedures, and documentation.
    • Manage internal audits, corrective and preventive actions, and quality performance metrics.
    • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive process improvements.
    • Lead and coach the quality team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
    • Act as the bridge between the plant and the customer, ensuring timely and transparent responses while driving continuous improvement in addressing any deviations or complaints.

  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar leadership role (Quality Superintendents and other Senior level positions might be considered).
    • Proven background in manufacturing and fast paced industrial environments.
    • Strong knowledge of quality standards, tools, and methodologies (ISO 9001, SPC, FMEA, etc.).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be bilingual English / Spanish (interviews will be conducted majorly in English).

  • Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
  • Paygrade 90-110K pesos per month (according to experience).
