• Descripción y Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools ( Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Powtoon) and communication platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.

  Responsibilities:

  • Design and distribute internal communications (newsletters, bulletins, posters, digital signage).
  • Coordinate campaigns related to safety, quality, culture, and continuous improvement.
  • Support leadership in delivering strategic messages through town halls, videos, and presentations.
  • Ensure alignment between corporate and local plant communication strategies.
  • Translate business objectives into clear, engaging messages for all employee levels.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Create visual materials for training, safety awareness, and operational updates.
  • Develop multimedia content (videos, infographics, animations) to reinforce key messages.
  • Promote wellness, safety, and environmental initiatives through targeted communication.
  • Assist in employee recognition programs and engagement campaigns.
