    Scope of leadership role

    Position Summary: Owns and drives the Sales, Inventory, and Operations planning process.  Manages Production Sales Inventory (PSI) Specialists. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports. Collaborates with the appropriate functions within the areas of responsibility to support  manufacturing, Production Sales Inventory (PSI),  Supply Chain performance and objectives.  Ensures the team is functioning according to appropriate goals and objectives while continuing development of all team members. Develops and executes on time delivery, inventory turns, and inventory control, adherence to production plans, cost improvements and ensures continued employee growth through development. Manages and controls inventory investment to set goals and objectives for areas of responsibility. Supports material departmental budgets; monitors the costs and effectiveness of production planning and scheduling to meet and support customer Requests Kept (RK)/Promises Kept (PK).   Supports removal of barriers to improve shipping and receiving  by facilitating timely transport of goods within budgets while adhering to government regulations.   Collaborates with the Materials Manager to promote understanding of departmental goals and objectives to ensure areas of responsibility will provide support and continuously improve.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assure accuracy of Inventory in Cycle Counts
    • Effectiveness in physical inventory year over year
    • FPY on kits delivered to production
    • Rip inventory accuracy
    • Ensure good discipline and safety awareness of your employees
    • Cleaning and order of the Warehouse area
    • Coordinates, together with the customer contact, the entry and exit of the trailers.

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to do tactical reporting, data mining, and critical analysis.
      • MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
    • Ability to utilize ERP/MRP systems (Oracle Preferred)
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Analytics Skills

    Required Education / Experience / Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 5+ years. Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years; APICS (CPIM, CIRM) certification preferred.
    • Travel:  ___ Yes, or No  (Minimal travel outside of Juarez required)
    • Language:  Spanish is required.
