  Supervisor of Personnel Transportation
  Intermex Sur Industrial Park – Wiwynn México Plant 3
  
  Position Objective
  Supervise, coordinate, and optimize personnel transportation operations, ensuring compliance with routes, schedules, and safety standards in order to provide an efficient, safe, and punctual service that contributes to the productivity of the manufacturing plant.
  
  Main Responsibilities
  
  • Plan and coordinate personnel transportation routes according to production schedules and overtime needs.
  • Supervise operational staff (drivers, monitors, dispatchers, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards of transportation units.
  • Manage transportation incidents (delays, absences, accidents, service reports).
  • Control and validate daily transportation reports (mileage, travel times, routes, expenses).
  • Coordinate communication between the manufacturing plant and the transportation provider.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies for routes and travel times.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and cost control for the department (including invoicing).
  Requirements
  Education:
  Bachelor’s Degree (completed).
  Bilingual. 
  
  Experience:
  2 to 4 years supervising personnel transportation in a maquiladora or companies with high employee volume.
  
  Knowledge of:
  
  • Route planning and fleet management.
  • Supervision of operational staff.
  • GPS use, route sheets, and monitoring tools.
  • Report preparation and administrative control.
