  Objective
  

  Responsible for directing and managing Maintenance functions. It is responsible for the follow-up of preventive and corrective maintenance. He is responsible for following up on the compliance and delivery of the training of the personnel in his charge, as well as everything related to the management of resources of his department in charge.

  • Ensure Compliance with Downtime Goals
  • Ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule applicable to the equipment
  • Supervise and coordinate activities to meet other goals established by the company
  • Comply with organizational and social policies of ethics and behavior
  • Establish work plans to achieve established goals
  • Other activities may be assigned

  Preferred Qualifications
  
  • Engineering Degree Completed
  • World Class Manufacturing courses focused on Maintenance such as TPM, Project Management, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, among others.
  • Experience of more than 5 years as Maintenance Manager or similar position.
  • Implementation of TPM techniques and project management using monitoring and control tools.
  • Provide examples of TPM implementation, project management that directly impact MTTR, MTBF, OA, and OEE.
  • PLC's, electronics, pneumatics, electrical control, mechatronics.
  • Automation Equipment: Vision System, Robotics, RFID, Laser, CNC's.
  • Safety, LOTO System.
  • Leadership, Problem Solving, Soft Skills
  • Assurance of Compliance with the Maintenance Program.
  • Support for Engineering Projects.
  • Time-Out Analysis.
  • Support of Plant Activities.
  • Coordinate maintenance team activities.
  • Generation of strategies for KPI improvement
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned
