• Descripción y Requisitos

  • Test Senior Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in test and repair of electronic devices , with at least 4+ years of managerial or leadership experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of analog and digital electronics, circuits, and testing tools to provide guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans
  • Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic testing software and maintaining related equipment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations related to electronics testing and repair.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
