  Are you a seasoned professional in the automotive sector with a passion for driving innovation, quality, and team performance? We are looking for a high-impact Manager to join our leadership team and contribute to strategic growth and operational excellence.

   Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee new product launches with a strong command of APQP methodology.
  • Ensure compliance and readiness for IATF 16949 audits.
  • Manage and optimize manufacturing processes and engineering change control.
  • Interface with major OEMs through customer portals such as TOYOTA, GM, FORD, ensuring alignment with client expectations and standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

  ?? Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with proven leadership in manufacturing and quality systems.
  • Strong soft skills: effective communication, team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
