  Automation Manager 
  
  Position Overview:
  The Automation Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of automated systems and processes . This role ensures that automation initiatives align with organizational goals, improve efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  - Design and manage automation systems for server production and infrastructure.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
  - Oversee procurement, installation, and integration of automation equipment and software.
  - Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure optimal operation.
  - Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers and technicians.
  - Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems and processes.
  - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
  - Manage budgets and timelines for automation projects.
  - Stay current with emerging technologies in automation, AI, and IoT.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer - - Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  - 5+ years of experience in automation within manufacturing or IT infrastructure.
  - Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, and robotic systems.
  - Experience with Escrituraing languages and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
  - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
  Preferred Skills:
  
  - Experience in server or data center environments.
  - Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
  - Knowledge of service virtualization and automated testing tools.
