SUMMARY
Actively work on process improvement projects in the company, as well as implement and document new projects and processes, optimize and improve existing processes, perform time and motion studies and take actions based on your observations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop, configure and optimize manufacturing processes from their beginning to their start-up and maintenance, considering the applicable occupational safety, quality and environmental requirements.
2. Process analysis, line balancing, standardized work, assessment of times and movements for implementation of improvements in productivity and efficiency.
3. Develop process proposals for new projects.
4. Assess risks in the processes and document them (FMEA).
5. Optimize material flows in each process of the operation to resolve possible problems and delays in production lines (downtime).
6. Provide training to the personnel involved on new processes and technologies.
7. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the occupational, environmental and quality health management system.
8. Preparation and maintenance of the organization's layout.
9. Document and maintain operating instructions for equipment and tools.
10. Preparation of work instructions, visual aids, flow charts, manufacturing routes and training of the personnel involved
11. Design and implementation of error-proof devices in overall production processes.
12. Validate production tools (corrugating dies, printing stencils, etc.)
13. Support the NPI process and development of new product samples.
14. Supervise and monitor the design, development and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes
15. Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to inform decisions, develop dashboards and reports that highlight areas for improvement
16. Develop innovative routines and solutions to improve production rates and quality

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial process engineering or similar.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum experience of 5 years in process engineering and related standards
- Mathematical and statistical analysis skills.
- Microsoft Office Intermediate - Required
- Analytical thinking, interpersonal and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of lean methodologies, Value Stream Mapping, project management and data analysis tools
