Solicita: Sr. Molding Engineer

  Responsibilities:
  
  · Responsible for customer complain, CAPA average, NCR, OTD Promise, OTD Request, CIP, Inventory Turns, Voluntary Turn Over.
  · Coordinate Quality, Engineering, Production and Supply change activities across value streams.
  · Responsible to commit new project introduction by defining resources and validation strategies for its implementation on site (IQ, OQ, PQ).
  · Define and implement the validation strategy for the new production between Customer, NPI and engineering site team.
  · Implement cost saving initiative. 
  · Supporting production and projects to increase productivity and reduce downtime
  · Implement Lean, 5S & improvement initiatives across the plant    
  · Ensure all employee are train on all procedure according to GMP, ISO 13485 & FDA
  · Manage daily production arrangements
  · Ensure smooth operations and prepare resources for manufacturing
  · Work closely with relevant departments to promptly address production issues
  · Monitor and supervise the production area
  · Reduce waste and manufacturing costs
  · Solve quality problems and reduce reject rates. 
  · Manage materials and finished goods
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  · A bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
  · 3-5 years of relevant experience
  · Proficiency in MS Office
  · Proficiency in English (75%)
        Molding experience preferable
