• Descripción y Requisitos

  This role is critical in ensuring compliance with Mexican tax regulations, supporting maquiladora operations, and managing cross-border financial activities.

  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with US-based companies and maquiladora structures, focusing on providing accurate and timely financial data to the organization as well as to support tax and compliance efforts

   

  Qualifications:

   

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with 3+ years in maquiladora or cross-border operations.
  • Strong understanding of Mexican tax regulations, specifically IMMEX and maquiladora.
  • Experience working with US-based companies and coordinating financial reporting with corporate headquarters.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid visa laser.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial operations in a manufacturing or maquiladora environment.
