Solicita: Production Manager

• Descripción y Requisitos

  Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and control the daily, weekly, and monthly production process according to demand and installed capacity.
  • Ensure compliance with production goals in terms of quantity, quality, time, and cost.
  • Supervise production staff, coordinating shifts, workloads, and operational performance.
  • Implement and improve manufacturing processes using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or similar.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities in coordination with the technical department.
  • Control the efficient use of raw materials and supplies to reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with departments such as quality, logistics, engineering, and purchasing to ensure operational continuity.
  • Propose and implement improvements in productivity and cost reduction.
  • Prepare production reports and performance indicators for senior management.
  
  Experience:
  • Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • (Desirable) Specialization or diploma in Production Management, Lean Manufacturing, or similar.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in production areas, with at least 3 years in supervisory or management positions.
  • Experience managing operational personnel, shifts, and production lines.

  • Management indicators (OEE, efficiency, waste, etc.)
  • ERP or production control software
  • Methodologies such as Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma (desirable)
