  A Process Analysis Engineer is responsible for leading and facilitating process improvement projects using the Six Sigma methodology to optimize quality, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction. This role involves collaboration with various departments, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

  Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of Six Sigma projects, from problem definition to solution implementation and results tracking.
  • Use statistical and data analysis tools to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Apply the phases of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to ensure that projects are carried out effectively.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure that improvements are sustainable and aligned with business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, showing the results of initiatives and their impact on the organization.
  • Coordinate and lead follow-up meetings with all project members.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for internal or external audits, ensuring that processes/projects are clearly documented and auditable.
  • Provide six sigma trainings for the company's personnel.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or other related field of study preferred.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Experience on the automotive industry preferably.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Preferably).
  • Expertise with process engineering methodologies and principles.
  • Fluently English.

  Process Documentation & Trainings

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to management.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and improvements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance across the organization.

  Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, statistical software).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with engineers and colleagues.
  • Strong project management skills & extensive knowledge of Six Sigma & statistical tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
