RESPONSABILITIES:
- Ensuring site compliance with both corporate and government regulations for HSE
- Proven experience in developing comprehensive safety campaign strategies.
- Ability to analyze workplace and machinery risks.
- Fostering a culture of safety at all levels within the sites
- Lead and guiding the implementation of HSE site strategies.
- Advocating for HSE initiatives and ensuring site alignment with each of them
- Providing guidance and support for the development of the HSE site team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
- Bilingual (Eng-Spa).
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in EHS management.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OSHA), etc. is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
