We are looking for a Human Resources Manager with strong leadership. You will be responsible for the Implementation and Administration of the Juárez Human Resources System, Policies and Procedures in all functional areas including: Compensation, Benefits Administration, Labor Relations, Training and Development, Environment, Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, as well as Cafeteria, Transportation and Events
Responsibilities
• Responsible for Labor Relations
• Complies and enforces the requirements and Mexican Laws, reports of government regulations that affect the functions of the company in relation to Human Resources, Policies and Procedures.
• Drive training, development, and succession planning programs to strengthen team capabilities and ensure business continuity.
• Generate and interpret HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, work environment, performance), presenting improvement proposals to senior management.
• Company Social Compliance Representative and attends audits.
• Environmental Management Representative of the Company and attends audits.
• Responsible for the STPS Training program and for the validated Internal Employee Training System.
• Promote initiatives that strengthen the organizational climate, encourage internal communication, and build a high-performance culture.
• Lead and develop the HR team, setting clear priorities and ensuring efficient execution aligned with company objectives.
• Manage performance review cycles and compensation planning.
• Manage the Cafeteria and Transportation services for employees.
• Manage Life and Medical Insurance.
• Obtain and process personnel information through the Human Resources/Payroll system, according to personnel movements.
• Personnel movements in the Mexican Social Security Institute
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in payroll preparation and personnel administration.
• Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and applicable regulations.
• Advanced English (oral and written), required.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, effective communication skills, and a strategic vision with operational focus.
• Knowledge of Safety and Environmental Regulations (SEMARNAT, PROFEPA, COESPRIS, COFEPRIS, STPS, SEDUE, ETC. Preferred).
