Solicita: Finance Manager

• Descripción y Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree on Finance or Accounting
  • Five-year experience as minimum
  • English spoken and written
  • US Ledger proficiency or/and Mexican
  • Ensure accurate valuation of inventory and reconcile accounts monthly.
    • Raw Material, WIP and Finished Good physical inventories will be taken according to company policy and the process will be led by the plant controller.
    • Plant controller will prepare cycle count schedules for the warehouse.
  • Analyze fixed/variable variances monthly and report to plant management.
  • Provide variance explanations to plant management each month.
  • Develop annual fixed budgets.
  • Complete month end closing tasks as scheduled.
  • Monitor capital spending.
  • Authorize/Approve plant purchases, expense reports and special expenditure requests (SER).
  • Allocate maquiladora service expenses each month.
  • Meet SOX reporting requirements.
  • Take an active plant leadership role in the areas of cost reduction and financial control.
  • Participate in the plant safety program.
  • VAT recovery experience
  • Cost Analysis
  • Strong customs regulation and procedures knowledge
