We are looking for a Human Resources Manager with strong leadership and both strategic and operational capabilities, who will drive the evolution of the HR area and become a key business partner.
In this role, you will have a direct impact on strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring legal and administrative compliance, enhancing internal processes, and developing initiatives that foster talent and employee well-being. You will be responsible for aligning labor strategy with daily operations, providing effective solutions, and generating value across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
• Address and follow up on labor management matters, negotiations, and conflict resolution, maintaining constructive relationships with employees and relevant authorities.
• Drive training, development, and succession planning programs to strengthen team capabilities and ensure business continuity.
• Generate and interpret HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, work environment, performance), presenting improvement proposals to senior management.
• Promote initiatives that strengthen the organizational climate, encourage internal communication, and build a high-performance culture.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to management in decision-making related to talent management and organizational development.
• Lead and develop the HR team, setting clear priorities and ensuring efficient execution aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and innovation.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal policies.
• Manage performance review cycles and compensation planning.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on workforce planning.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in payroll preparation and personnel administration using TRESS system.
• Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and applicable regulations.
• Advanced English (oral and written), required.
• Experience in union negotiations and management, desirable.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, effective communication skills, and a strategic vision with operational focus.
