   Occupational Health Physician
  
  Job Purpose:
  To ensure the health, safety, and well-being of employees in an industrial or manufacturing environment by providing medical care, conducting health assessments, and implementing occupational health programs.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  - Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical exams.
  - Evaluate employees for fitness for duty, especially in high-risk roles (e.g., forklift operators, welders).
  - Develop and implement workplace health campaigns.
  Monitor and reduce absenteeism due to illness.
  - Support compliance with health standards.
  - Provide first aid and emergency care on-site.
  - Treat occupational illnesses and injuries.
  - Refer employees to external medical services when needed.
  -Ensure adherence to IMSS and Secretaría de Salud (SSA) regulations.
  - Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
  - Work closely with HR, safety, and operations teams.
  - Maintain good relationships with government health agencies.
  - Educate employees on wellness, ergonomics, and disease prevention.
  -Lead initiatives to improve workplace ergonomics and mental health.
  
  Qualifications:
  - Medical degree with a valid professional license and federal cédula.
  - Specialization or diploma in Occupational Health or related field (preferred).
  -Intermediate English proficiency (often required in multinational companies).
  -Familiarity with medical equipment (e.g., audiometers, spirometers).
