  • Descripción y Requisitos

    GENERAL DEEscrituraION:

    The engineer oversees and analyzes requests and complaints related to product quality, performs inspections and tests to identify potential failures or deviations, collaborates with production and internal quality teams to resolve technical issues, develops and proposes corrective and preventive actions, participates in the implementation of improvements in manufacturing processes, maintains technical communication with customers to understand their needs and concerns, documents and reports findings and progress to management, and contributes to the continuous improvement of the product and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of the shipped product.

    BASIC DUTIES:

    • Respond and manage customer complaints and requests related to product quality.
    • Perform inspections, tests, and technical analyses to identify defects or deviations in delivered products.
    • Communicate and coordinate with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve any problems detected.
    • Develop and propose corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
    •  Participate in the implementation of improvements in manufacturing and quality control processes.
    • Maintain technical contact with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.
    • Document and report findings, progress, and solutions to management and the involved departments.
    • Follow up on open cases until they are satisfactorily resolved.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product and internal processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective attention and prompt resolution of quality-related complaints.
    • Identify and resolve quality issues in delivered products, ensuring that established standards are met.
    • Maintain clear and ongoing communication with customers to understand their needs and expectations, strengthening the business relationship.

    EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:

    • English 80%
    • Customer Focus: Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations, providing friendly and professional service.
    • Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify the causes of quality issues and propose effective solutions.
    •  Analytical Skills: Evaluate data, reports, and test results to make informed decisions about product quality.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong foundation in engineering and quality control to understand the technical aspects of products and processes.
