GENERAL DEEscrituraION:
A Training Supervisor oversees an organization's training
programs to develop employee skills and performance by assessing needs,
designing and implementing programs, and evaluating effectiveness.
BASIC DUTIES:
Carry out the detection of needs that allows the development
of annual training programs and the development of personnel competencies
necessary for the organization.
Participate in the design and development of training
programs in order to ensure that personnel have the knowledge and skills
required for the position.
Implement and monitor all training and skills development
programs through a control system that allows compliance with established
plans.
Follow up the training programs and maintain training records
in a very organized way.
Manage training management system.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree
Conversational English
2 years of experience in HR process
Basic Knowledge on STPS legal training requirements, IATF
16949, ISO 9000,ISO 14000, CTPAT/OEA Communication and organization skills
Advanced Excel
Excellent interpersonal relationships (customer focus).
