Profile:
Professional responsible for analyzing and following up the customer requirements to prepare and fulfill the production schedule.
Requirements / Experience:
• BS degree Engineering preferably Industrial / Logistics
• English 70%, (verbal and written communication skills)
• Strong analytical skills including office automation tools
• SAP high proficiency
Work process accountabilities:
• Analysis and review of daily/ weekly releases from customer including production schedules
• Purchased parts follow up to suppliers based on Production Schedules with key metrics (BTS)
• Follow up in transit purchased parts from overseas, Intra-Mexico and border crossing
• Coordination with suppliers for daily delivery based on schedules
• Scrap process control from Production Processes
• Responsible to monitor and keep key metrics under budget/ objectives as Safety, • • Inventory turns, Delivery ratings and Premium Freights
• Support for engineering changes and new models
• Support for cycle count variance analysis
• Preparing inventory forecasts for purchased parts
• Monitoring balance out and analyzing obsolescence
• Support in maintaining department KPIs
• Manual requirements from overseas suppliers
• Preparation and updating of proceduresLPA audits
