Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and develop
potential suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term
relationships with suppliers.
• Conduct supplier performance
reviews and manage contracts.
• Develop and implement sourcing
strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends
to identify savings and efficiency opportunities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and
define sourcing approaches.
• Manage the full cycle from RFQs
(Request for Quotation) to final price setup in the system.
•
Negotiate commercial terms and pricing to secure favorable supplier
agreements.
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of
pricing and sourcing decisions.
• Monitor inventory trends and
coordinate with planning/logistics teams to ensure supply
continuity.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and track
savings performance.
• Identify supply chain risks and propose
mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal
policies and regulatory standards.
• Analyze sourcing and
pricing data to support decision-making and reporting.

Prepare regular updates on sourcing activities, supplier performance,
and achieve results.
Required Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration,
Engineering, or a related field or equivalent education or
experience.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in sourcing,
procurement, or supply chain management.
