GENERAL DEEscrituraION:
It is the responsibility of the new hires orientation and attention of laborers issues, accident investigation, Basic Ctpat Training, Asset Security Policy, Intruder Detection and Incident Report, Labor Requirements, Conflict Management, Leadership, NOM 035.
BASIC DUTIES:
• Develop and implement tactics that allow the control and improvement of the work environment, the correct compliance with labor regulations and the internal policies of the company.
• Advises Supervisors on everything related to monitoring and compliance with labor regulations, Internal Labor Regulations, Policies and Procedures.
• Develop mechanisms to evaluate and improve the services provided to employees in the different work shifts.
• Implement actions to improve internal communication processes.
• Develops and implements actions to identify and reduce high turnover and absenteeism rates.
• Develop and implement actions that prevent labor conflicts.
• Responsible for the correct compliance with labor regulations in areas considered by the Federal Labor Law as jobs.
• Develop and implement mechanisms for measuring the work environment.
• ethics, safety at work, internal company work regulations, and any other law applicable to its operation. It is also the employee's responsibility to notify their immediate supervisor if they become aware of any deviation from these laws or regulations.

• Follow up with governmental and industry standards certifications including IATF16949, ISO 9001, ISO 4001.
• Give support to the company in the needs that are required.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related field.
- 5 to 9 years of Experience as similar position.
- Knowledge in HR and/or labor relation systems.
- MS Office Knowledge(Excel)
