  	Profile 3 to 5 years in New Product Introduction, product transfers manufacturing  management. Engineering change management and release to site. Proven experience in product kick off and launches. Extensive experience in server/rack testing engineering. Firmware and software engineering Qualifications:  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - English proficiency of 80% or higher (reading, writing, speaking). Preferred Skills: - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to manage human and material resources effectively.
