  GENERAL DEEscrituraION:

  A Taxation Assistant works closely with tax professionals in managing and producing data and documents for individuals, businesses or organisations. The duties associated with this role can include gathering financial records, helping to prepare tax returns, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  BASIC DUTIES:

  • Bookkeeping, creating journal entries for daily business activities.
  •  Monthly VAT filing and declaration of withholding of various types of income.
  • Preparing monthly financials.
  • Working with external CPA firms.
  • Assisting in processing executive emails and preparing correspondence
  • Familiar with SAP is preferred.
  • Know maquiladora, IMSS, fonacot and infonavit 8. Work to drive process improvements in daily accounting and tax operations .
  • Other executive admin responsibilities as needed.
  • prepare and review documents for SAT and CPA.
  • Comply with monthly tax.
  • Help during tax return and tax audit.
  • Comply with any tax authority inquire or observation.
  • Help to prepare all tax claim back and the follow up that come along with it.
  • Download every month the positive tax compliance opinion and the tax profile of the company.

  EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:

  • English 85% or plass+.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finances, accounting.
  • Knowledge in SAP, SAT, IMSS, ISN, INEGI, REPSE
  • Microsoft Knowledge, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  OTHERS IMPORTANTS FACTORS:
