  Position Summary
  The Buyer Supervisor oversees the procurement of materials, components, and services required for production. This role ensures timely, cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards and supplier relationships. The supervisor also leads a team of buyers and coordinates with internal departments to align purchasing strategies with operational goals.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  -Supervise daily activities of the purchasing team.
  -Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
  -Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
  -Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  -Maintain accurate purchasing records and inventory levels.
  -Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  -Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  -Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  -Train and mentor junior buyers.
  -Prepare reports and present purchasing metrics to management.
  
  Required Qualifications
  -Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  -3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
  -Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  -Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
