BA/BS degree - Business or Technical
APICS certifications desirable
Customer Service background is a plus

Responsibilities:
Support Sales and Operations, review process to maintain service levels.
Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management.
Work directly with Demand Planning team on forecast accuracy, concerns, and challenges to improve supply targets based on market demand changes and trends.
Responsible for monitoring correct systems feeds to avoid wrong scenarios.
Create customer facing material that concisely and professionally demonstrates Supply Chain Strategies, Tools, Processes, Capabilities and Structure.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Achieve multiple company targets.
Participate in all S&OP meetings.
Knowledge:
Supply Chain Administration
MS Office 365
Proficient in SAP
MS Project System
Materials administrator
Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of the organization
Improvement-analysis tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
